Our refurbishment service allows clients to improve the condition and performance of furniture originating from a variety of manufacturers.

How does it work? We’ll consult with you to establish your needs, and after assessing your furniture, 
we’ll provide you with a quote and project plan.

Consult

Our team of expert consultants will work closely with you to understand your needs and identify opportunities to get the right value from our service.

Assess

Not all furniture is suitable for refurbishing, but we will asses and recommend the best option.

Report

Once we have assessed your furniture, we will give you a report, together with a detailed quotation and project plan

Collection

Using our own transportation service, we will carefully pack and collect your furniture, returning it back to our warehouse. We can also deliver any hire furniture at the same time.

Restore

Your furniture will be carefully restored and as part of the process, we will conduct a multi-point health check on every item to ensure that it is in good working order .

Deliver

We can deliver on a day and at a time convenient to you, respecting your business and its operational needs. We will take all protective packaging away and we can also collect any hired furniture at the same time.

Do you have any questions?

Some furniture types lend themselves to refurbishment better than others, but we are here to advise on all kinds of contract and commercial furniture inquiries. When it comes to refurbishing products made by manufacturers outside of The Senator Group, we will assess for feasibility on a case-by-case basis.

Whereas remanufacturing focuses on restoring and warrantying Senator Group products for near-new performance, refurbishing is more consultive. An example would be a request to reupholster-only an office chair seat. Refurbishment of non-Senator Group products is also possible.

As with remanufacturing, carbon emissions from refurbishment only relate to the works carried out and any parts replaced, avoiding the higher emissions of manufacturing new.

The price for any collection and re-delivery requirements will be included in your final quote.
