Do you have any questions?
Restoring products to near-new performance involves knowledge and access to original materials and specifications. We cannot warranty our work on anyone else’s products with the same confidence, and nor can anyone else with ours.
Our remanufacturing warranty ensures products perform as expected, for as long as advised. Its length and coverage uniquely reflect the works carried out, on a case-by-case basis.
Remanufacturing focuses on restoring and warrantying Senator Group products for near-new performance, whereas refurbishing is more consultive. An example of refurbishment would be a request to reupholster-only an office chair seat. Refurbishment of non-Senator Group products is also possible.
Carbon emissions from the service only relate to the works undertaken and any parts replaced, avoiding the higher emissions of manufacturing new.
The price for any collection and re-delivery requirements will be included in your final quote.
